We had an amazing stay for 3 days at the White Canyon, the staff was extremely courteous and helpful from checking in till checking out. We really enjoyed our stay- the rooms and washrooms were clean and hygenic. The triple bedroom was slightly small due to the extra bed but overall the experience has been super good. The location is center to almost all the key sites and has ample Tuk-Tuk coverage. Special shoutout to Siddharth and Harsingh for making our stay very comfortable and your help with the local tour and transport options. Manoj ji, you're awesome in terms of responding promptly and making recommendations that helped us save money while shopping. Mayank, you've got a great place and an amazing team. Looking forward to the next visit and stay. ~ Jai D

So this place is definitely a Thumbs Up in this such a small City like BANARAS. Noteworthy points 1. Hygiene & cleanliness - On point 5/5 2. Spacious room - We stayed in their Standard double bed room. Big space more than enough for 3 ppl to sleep with place left for one more. 4. Service & Behaviour - 5/5 Mayank Tripathi the owner is a Great Host & has a friendly gentleman as a receptionist & host, who guided us and was really helpful in any daily tour guide & recommendations along with intercity Cab arrangements for Ayodhya & Prayagraj visits. 5. Location- 4.5/5 . The reason I'm giving it a 4 because all the major temple's & ghats are just within a range 1-2 kms from White Canyon. But for me its a Full 5 because the area is very peaceful & less crowded. ~ Pritam D

First of all, i made the booking 3 months prior with 50% advance and the advance is non refundable which is fair and that is valid, all the hotels doing the same all over india.due to some unavoidable circumstances I couldn't make the journey, so I have requested to Mr Mayank( the owner) to cancel the booking and try to make it in some other time(because that 50% advance is non refundable) but I was shocked when I got refund the advance money, I really really like the enthusiasm of Mr Mayank Tripathi, hats off sir, I like the way of handling the customer. I definitely recommend THE WHITE CANYON to my friends and family to go there and stay. Even some other time if I visit varanasi then I will also stay there and there only.. thank you Mr Mayank for such a great gesture... ~ Suman D

Had a good stay with comfortable rooms and cooperative staff. Pros: We can easily find many e-rikshaws after a 50m walk from the hotel. Very helpful staff which clears any queries. The bed was really big and comfortable. The bathrooms were also very hygienic. There was no disturbance at night and was quite peaceful. It was a half km walk to Girijaghar chauraha where we can find many shops, eateries and sweet shops. Cons: It is located on very thin roads and there was no way that cabs and tempo travellers could take us there. Many tourist places like Dasashwamedha ghat, Assi Ghat, Railway station, Kashi Vishwanath temple were more than 1.4 km away from the hotel. However our stay was quite comfortable. I would recommend to stay at this hotel for comfortable stay and easy travelling. ~ vaibhav k

Superb service.Great Staff.The rooms that were given to us were ok not something great compared to the budget it is a good deal.Room 106 was much beautiful compared to 105.We saw small rat in room 105.The rooms are free from mosquitos,lizards.The staff is super friendly.They help you beyond limit.Santosh ji and Manoj ji,Ravi and Sudip,Rohit are very kind people.Only con is the location it is located a bit inside from the main road but e rickshaws are available outside the main colony gate.The staff can help you get one.The temple and ghats takes 10 to 20 minutes to reach .You can get the entire (independent boat service) boat for ghat darshans but always count the number ghats the boatman shows,as we were tricked and not all the 84 ghats were shown.Overall a very good experience. ~ Madhumanti B

This was my first time visiting Varanasi. We haven't pre -booked any hotel to stay... even after landing in Varanasi, i was searching on google maps to find nearest hotel to Vishwanath dham. Then i quickly went through the reviews of "The white canyon" and called them if there was any vacancy. Thanks to mayank and Manoj for helping me out! Trust me, this place it much better than what you would expect. I would give 5\5 for the hygiene levels they maintain because, first concern for any visitor will be the cleanleness of washhrooms. And they didn't dissapoint me with what i've expected. Even the rooms are clean, sufficient. You can even order breakfast, lunch and dinner.... i personally liked the taste. Thanks to the managment and staff for providing me a good stay! ~ siva p

I stayed at this hotel with my family (around 25 people), and we had a wonderful experience. The hotel is located about 200 meters from the main road, which makes it very quiet and peaceful. The environment is calm and relaxing, away from traffic and vehicle noise. The staff were extremely kind, helpful, and available 24 hours a day to assist us. Every day we walked to Dashashwamedh Ghat, and the staff kindly guided and accompanied us to the main road. The location is very strategic, the service is excellent, and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. However, big vehicles cannot access the hotel directly because the road is narrow, so you need to park on the main road and walk a short distance. ~ pReTtY f

First of all the hotel staff members were extraordinary in service.They took care of everything that we wanted.triple bed rooms are enough for 4 people.Beds are comfortable. Location also is near girja more. One can easily find a toto or rickshaw for visiting ghat and temple.one can find A grocery store nearby. Hotel is located at a very peaceful area.Even zomato and swiggy delivers food here.The best part is that the owner manager as well as the staffs are very genuine and down to earth people.I had a 5 day stay with my family members here and I loved it.Will definitely visit this hotel every time I visit varanasi and will also recommend others to visit it.Special thanks to mayank for his recommendations. ~ RHITUPARNA D

It was my first visit to Varanasi, and it became truly memorable because of my stay at Hotel White Canyon. If you are traveling to Varanasi with your family and elderly parents, you can choose this hotel without any hesitation. The hotel staff are extremely humble and attentive, and they always try their best to fulfill every requirement. The rooms are neat and clean, and the washrooms are very hygienic. Geyser facility is available in each bathroom. Regular room cleaning services are provided. Whenever we needed guidance or help to visit local places, the staff assisted us in every possible way. I stayed at The White Canyon from 26th nov to 1st dec, and my experience was very good. The hotel’s hospitality made the stay comfortable and memorable. The rooms are worth the money, and we received room service every day. Food was provided on order, and everything was well managed. A special thanks to the manager ( Harsh singh). He is a very humble and polite person. Even though he was handling everything alone at night, he managed all the guests' requests without any hesitation. He helped me as well as other guests with full dedication. The rest of the staff and the day manager are also very helpful and polite. Overall, it was a great experience. The best hotel I've ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous property and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. White canyon is like 700m from Vishwanath Temple. The location is real clam. Hotel staff were very helpful in providing all the guidance thats required for you to moce around Varanasi. The rooms were very clean and nearty maintained. Manoj ji arranged the car for us. Looks like he has a grasp of the local transport market and would promptly take action based on the feedback our trip to Allahabad, Gaya or Ayodhya. He made it look seemless. My interactions with the staff "W", Karan and other person (forgot his name) were very engaging, who helped me with all the information that was required. Mayank who takes care of the bookings and is apparently the owner of the hotel has been very flexible in giving us a good deal and taking care of us. Overall it was a very satisfying experience at this hotel. Not surprised with the good ratings that are given to this hotel, they deserve it. ~ Ramana P

A very good hotel to stay in, loved how clean everything was. Rooms were super clean. Hotel takes care of arranging cabs, boat rides, and shopping for authentic saree on request. Special applause for the the heritage walk. Location-wise as well it is perfect just 800 meters away from the Dasawamedh ghat. This helped us save a lot of time and we were able to spend so much time on the ghats and kashi vishwanath mandir. The staff was very polite and helped us in all ways. I would like to especially Thank Mr. Mayank who is the owner of the White Canyon. He is so helpful and he made sure our stay was wonderful. This was my solo trip to varanasi. Going towards the hotel the routes were very narrow and I felt that I won't be able to stay. I had made up my mind that I will hv a look at the rooms and leave. When I entered I was been nicely welcomed by the staff. After having looked the room and conversing with the host Mr Mayank I was quite convinced. As the host and his families stay upstairs i felt safe and decided to stay. It was the best decision as I explored the real "Banaras ki galiya". Mr. Mayank was a call away to help and suggest me places i could visit. Its a main centre from where everything is nearby. I stayed there nearly 13-14 days and I felt as if I was at home. The food was good. I got a great company of Mrs Sabita Tripathi who treated me like her younger sister. It was a wonderful time I spent in Banaras and I will always cherish it. ~ Sneha S

I have recently visited Varanasi and stayed in the hotel White Canyon. My experience was very good. Room was clear and bathroom also. All time geyser service. The food was superb and taste like home. All stuff behavior was very polite. Specially Manoj ji was too good. He was waiting for us on road at time of check in. Thank you Manoj ji. Hotel location is good. Very quite place. Vishwanath temple and Daswamedh Ghat is just 800 to 900 meter away. Next time if I visit Varanasi then definitely I will stay at this property. Property ower is very gentle and polite person. I stayed 14th to 17th My stay was good because of good hospitality of the hotel the white canyon. Rooms is worth of money, every day room service and food provide on ordere, only one time we face problem with location. especially thanks to night manager i don't know his name, humble person very politely handle everything because when I saw that he was alone and doing everything himself without any hesitations, he is always ready to help because he helped me and other guest also. Also the rest of the staff and day manager are also helpful and polite. and caretaker manoj ji's guides are very helpful, overall best experience highly recommended. ~ Dilip A

I had a wonderful stay at The White Canyon in Varanasi it was my solo trip. The staff were exceptionally courteous and helpful throughout my visit. A special thanks to Sidhart and Ravi—both went out of their way to assist with anything I needed and made sure I felt comfortable at all times. The best thing about this hotel was the hospitality. Mr Manoj was a wonderful host and the service was very quick. The hotel was super clean and hygienic. We requested for late check-out and early check-in and they accommodated at a very budget price per hour. Mr Manoj also guided us for travel arrangements and places to visit. A very nice hotel at a very budget friendly price. Located at the center of the city with close proximity to kashi temple and dashashamedh ghat. The White Canyon Hotel, located in Varanasi... as we were heading there, I was a bit apprehensive, unsure of what to expect, but the hotel is nice, and hotel staff is Very friendly , helpful and of pleasant nature. Best option for couples and families to stay here if they visit varansi. please think once for (The white canyon) , It is located in a quiet qnd clean neighborhood however, it is still very close (10 to 15 min walking) to the main ghat. They inform you about everything, you should visit it this way. The room service is good, rooms are clean, and the hotel is tidy. This is the best thing. i like it ~ Aryan R
